With only ten
days left this year, I’d like to thank you all for encouraging and inspiring me

I also hope you spending this special time of year in a relaxed way enjoying what you like to do.
It's gotten quite chilly these days after five months of summer
and only one month of autumn.
Ginkgo leaves are still beautiful even in the late-December.

ReplyDeleteYoko, happy holidays to you. Thank you too for your birthday greetings. Cold weather has really set in here. It was 0ΒΊ F this morning. I haven't been out yet but will be shortly to attend a play.
ReplyDeleteI am wishing you and your family a happy time at Christmas, and also my very best hopes for happiness and peace and contentment for everyone in 2025. Happy December birthdays to F and M!

ReplyDelete❄️π❄️Dear Friend Yoko! ❄️π❄️
ReplyDeleteIn this beautiful, magical time, somewhere between an almond-scented poppy seed cake put in the oven and a delicious vegetable salad, I am here to write a few warm words.
I wish you that these most beautiful holidays will be good, that you will gain a lot of strength for the next year, that you will have wonderful things.
That good and evil will give each other feelers, that Light will triumph over darkness.
I wish you to settle all outstanding matters by the end of the year and not carry them over to the next year.
I wish you, if such a situation exists, to reconcile with the people you care about, who are close to you, and that no one will be alone.
Unforgettable, warm, joyful, wonderful and moving holidays! Lots of goodness, joy, tenderness, love, emotions and happiness!
With warmest regards and greetings - JoAnna.❄️π❄️
Dear Yoko, I also have a secular Christmas, I am an agnostic, I believe in the Supreme Intelligence, but in Poland this holiday is very important and celebrated with great fanfare. I think there is nothing wrong with it if people do good.
Thank you for visiting my blog and I am very glad that I found you on the internet! My ginkgo has no leaves anymore, it is cold, but my heart is happy, which I wish for you too! Hugs!
I love the origami wreath and the glow on the tables under the trees. Thank you, stardust, for years of beautiful insight into your world. I send my warmest best wishes to you and your family. May all have a blessed holiday and Happy New Year!

ReplyDeleteOutside the door, the stormy winds have calmed down, but it‘s still cold ... how cozy I sit here at the PC and write comments. Lovely, to see you and your wonderful family, Yoko, in the collage!
The holidays are almost over. We have been looking forward to Christmas for so long with lots of preparations, crafting, writing cards, decorating the house and of course the obligatory baking and cooking of cookies. Now we are looking forward to the new year. What will 2025 bring?
Thank you so much for this wonderful post on

Hugs from Heidrun, I wish you a pleasant time
Thank you for this post full of light and love, Yoko. Congratulations to your son for finishing the Marathon. That is a big accomplishment. The photo of your granddaughter playing the piano with her feet on a stool reminds me of Neve (now 18) who sat in the same way for her first piano recital at age 5. Have a wonderful New Year's celebration with your family. Breckenridge is having fireworks at the base of the ski area, and we'll be able to see them from inside our house. Hugs to you as we get close to the new year!
ReplyDeleteBest wishes to you and your family!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful images.
ReplyDeleteI hope you had a Merry Christmas.
May each day of the New Year bring to you and to your love ones health, happiness, and all the best.
Happy New Year!
I hope you had an enjoyable Christmas, sending my good wishes to you and your family for a Happy 2025.
ReplyDeleteAll the best Jan
I am wishing you and your family a Happy and Peaceful 2025. Can you believe that it was 25 years ago that the world was worried about what might happen when the clocks changed from 1999 to 2000? The time has flown by, and we are all 5 years older. Happy New Year, Yoko!
ReplyDeleteI think i meant 25 years older.
